o wonder, how well you plan your meals and prepare the food keeping in mind the portions there’s something or the other left, which we either keep for our next meal or throw away. There’s no denying the fact that it feels bad but most of us end up throwing the extra food, even if we have to do so, we do it with a heavy heart.
It is hard to see the food you prepare with so much effort make its way to the dustbin. Cooking is an art, but cooking in the exact quantity so that no food goes to waste is no less than a challenge!
